I had bought a phone on ebay. I received it after just 4 days of payment. Then after 10 days, the buyer contacted me and said that his account has been suspended and I will get a refund of my payment and he needs the phone back.
he sounded genuine, so I sent the phone back to him.

But it has been more than a month now and still I have not received my refund of Rs.10,499

What should I do now? please help.

today i spoke to customer care and they confirmed that the seller's account has been suspended...and i will receive refund...but they did not tell how long it will take...
i am very disappointed as it has already been a month but still they can't give refund 😞

i too am waiting for my refund...had purchased hard disk...now seller harasses me by calling everyday and asking me to pay directly...he says his account is suspended and i will get a refund...but i have not got anything so how can i pay the seller...
