No Purchase History- IDBI Bank Netbanking - Rs. 7449/- Money Deducted

My Name is Chandrakant, this is really wired that after making payment for Item Number:190617928648, there is no purchase history in my Account, I hav't received the Purchase item.Nor the seller has got the payment.....

Payment was done through IDBI Net banking,
but money has been deducted from my account ??? The Payment was successful...
This is my Transaction Details: IPAY/ESH/BD/11947409/MIDB2664058922_EBAY Amount:Rs.7449/-

Money has be deducted from my bank a/c, I did contact the seller but he has also not received the payment. I want the Refund Back or the purchase item.

Hi,
Just last week I wrote to their customer care team at icare@idbi.co.in to lodge my complaint and they were very prompt in responding to my query.
Why don’t you try this?

I have paid my Selling Fees of Rs.11760/- on 30th Decemeber 2011 but its not showing on my selling fees payment received however the money is deducted from my ICICI bank account and didnt received any confirmation from ebay , i had called several times to ebay customer care but all the time ebay serve was down... what should i do now ....... ?..... Please help me.....

No reply ...No response received from Ebay team....does ebay management team exist or not.............I need a reply....many of them are facing issues with your server down problem.....the lady at Telephone customer care, always don't:-( have access to the servers and replies server is down...please make it clear how many days will you require to solve my issue...Please help me!!!!!!!

Dear ebay/users,

5th jan 2012 1:45PM i have ordered the item no 140668917290 (micromax a85 smart phone) using my axis bank debit card. After transaction it showed failure message and i tried again results same message. Then i checked my account balance and shocked !! the amount debited from my account Rs 13300 (Rs 150/- Promotional code) with out the confirmation. I have tried customer care number and it is always busy. Customer chat also not working. I totally frustrated with this. how can i contact eBay since none of the customer care option is working.. So Please don't try with your debit cards to buy eBay item..

If any body having issue like this. please share your thoughts.

I have made payment through online net banking (Citibank). The amount got deducted but i havent got any reference no for this. Received message from Citibank that your debit card has been used to make a purchase of Rs. 1035 at Ebay India Pvt Ltd on 5th Jan 2012.


I have contacted the seller also however got a message from them that they havent received payment from Ebay. (Refer email below)

Request you to please resolvce this issue at your end and send me the order confirmation details for the same.

i am Harsha Krishna k..i am also suffering same problem.
i ordered a MagicDecoders MD-1 Rock Solid MPEG4 DVBS2 Full HD 1080P FTA Satellite Receiver(Item number: 270884938139)
on 7/1/2012 of rs 3499(used a 10% discount coupen) using my sbi atm card
payment was processed but ebay said the payment was not completed.
i called costomercare and he asked me to wait for 48 hours
and if not done then tell them the transaction details.
Now i got acount statement from bank and castomercare line busy...
i dont know what to do?
it become a headache to me...
