i have purchased one buk from ebay but selle r was unable to send it...
i got a msg from ebay that my refund was approved on 6 jan and it wil be processed in 2-3 days...
but till now i dont recieved it..
they even dont rply for my mail...there is no customer care no...the no on the site does not work....
how do i get my refund...
is it my fault???
