New to ebay....

Sir,
I am a new user in ebay, and as such I had won from the seller essestoresdepot HOT SciPhone i9+++ DUAL SIM @ with the item ID as: 270456267296.

On being asked to pay the said amount I had done an online purchase using my HDFC online bank account which on the 19th showed the following:19 Sep 2009 54422019-eBayPaisaPay, Cheque REference No: 919151039 Amount: 4049.00

Now the seller informs me that he has not received the said amount and I am at my wits end as to what to do now. I am not sure whether I will get my phone or will my money be refunded back to me???

Kindly reply at the earliest and hope you do solve my problem.

Hi how did you pay?Using paisapay or using a direct online bank transfer to the seller?If you say this we can help you out of this.

Your money is with eBay. The Seller will be asked by eBay to ship the product to you. After you receive the product you will have to confirm "Item Received" in your PaisaPay A/c. Then only eBay will transfer the money to the Seller.
