Dear sir, I think that U should (ebay) make it compulsory for the first time or the new sellers on ebay to accept the paisa pay payment option because I think day by day people r indulging in the cyber crime and cheat people on the direct pament mode and even U too dont give anykind of full money return guarntee on other methods off payment than paisa pay. so you should look into this and work out some policy for new users. thanx.
