New Problem in Turbo Lister after update (Regarding Payment Option COD)

I am facing this issue that I can't select Flat Rate COD (anywhere in India) if I select Payment Method as COD.

Please check the screenshot below!

I'm here with an update for you on the issue being highlighted by you.

When you select shipping method as COD you need to enter the payment method as COD as well. Once you do this you would be able to proceed with the listing in Turbolister or you would be prompted with an error like the one you are facing.

If you need more clarifications I suggest you to contact your account manager and he/she will be happy to guide you through the same :-).

Please check the screenshot (with red round marks) posted in my first post. I have selected Flat Rate COD (under shipping method) as well as COD in Payment Methods. But its not allowing me to save as it shows an error. ---------------

I am new to eBay - I downloaded Turbo Lister and all was fine till I tried to select a payment option none of the buttons were active and I could not make a selection - Do you know what I am doing wrong? Thanks -Anil
