I respect all the rules, regulations & policies by ebay & i believe that they are put into force after weighing all the Pros & Cons.
I will like to know more about the Refund Policy that will be effective from next month i.e. November
I have a few doubts please clear them.
1. What if the Buyer himself calls/mails us that he dont want to buy the Item he Purchased. Please Refund !
Will the buyer be charged that Penalty & the seller will get the Discount Coupon so that even he is eligible to make Purchases ?
If not why so, with a solution to that.
2. What if the Buyer was trying to Purchase something else but by some mistake
a) From Buyer Side
b) From ebay's Side (Traffic Problem, whatsoever)purchased something else.
Now what ?
3. Buyer paid for the Item, item is Shipped.
Now the Buyer dont want to Purchase the Item & wants his Money Back.
Who will bear the Shipping Cost along with the Penalty ?
