This is just to share an Experience relating to a All Time Free Buyer.
Facts relating to Transaction.
An Item costing Rs2000+499 was sold.
Payment Method being - PaisaPay.
Item despatched within 24Hrs
There are a Few Buyers on Ebay who know how to have fun with Seller.
Paid via Credit Card, maybe dint used it from a long time.
Item Reached Destination.
First Of All Invalid Address.
Number Provided Worked & then complete address was taken & further communicated to Courier Branch.
Got a Call From Buyer the very same day item received is damaged. The Glass that accompanies the Sold Item is Broken ( Toughned Glass ). PlEASE Refund
Talked with the Responsible Person handling the Branch.
Was told that the Buyer dint even opened the Parcel.
PaisaPay Refund Stopped & matter escalated, got a call from ebay relating to Refund.
Was put on conference with the Buyer.
Facts Disclosed - Convinced the Buyer to accept the Item & get another Toughned Glass that accompanies the Item, all expenses will be Paid.
By either Visiting the Office or Calling them to Provide Delivery Again
Next Day Morning - I receive a call from Buyer Please Refund me the Amount as he Visited the Branch & the Toughned Glass is SAFE, but the Item is Damaged & is in 2 Pieces.
Called the Courier Branch - Buyer never Visited their Office as the Office is even not opened as yet.
Ebay Representative told me that even if you Further convince the Buyer that he will have to accept the Item as he is in a Contract etc.
If the Buyer within 20days of Receipt claims that the Item is not working Properly or complains that the Item is not as described or what so ever if he complains about it, the Used Item will be sent back to you & you will have to refund the Amount to the Buyer with no questions asked.
Reason Being - Case for Refund was generated & the buyer communicated to ebay about Damage in Transit.
Had no Options with me - Refunds Generated & the Buyer is Happy
God Knows what happened with the Buyer & the Item.
The Item reached me Today.
Its Back in Delhi
Is in Perfect Condition as it was despatched.

Waste Of TIME that accompanied unnecessary Tension
Packing Charges.
Shipping Cost - Rs340 (Despatch)
Another Rs 310 - Rs340 ( For Getting it back voluntarily )
Numerous Calls made to Buyer, Courier Branch, Ebay(Mumbai) .
Parcel Weight - 11.3Kg
