Hello,

I have received a unjustified negative feedback where buyer has given wrong details and wrong phone number.

I am not able to appeal in community court as it says that "You do not have any recent negative feedback that you can appeal."

What should i do.

Yes, we too are facing the same problem. The window does not show the negative feedbacks at all. Also, current case is not going to the voting stage in spite of time having elapsed.

Last week i got 2 negative cases and both were in buyers favour inspite i was 100% sure that i can get majority

There is 100% problem in cc.

Please help as i dont want to put that 2 negative feedback without my fault for a year.

Well, I also faced the same problem wherein the buyer gave wrong details and the material was returned and then as the buyer didn't get the material left negative feedback.

Hi i recived nagetive feedback ebay community court decided the case in my favour and emailed me that feedback will be removed but they dint i have mailed so many times they dont even reply back i want my feedback to be removed when it has been decided

Dear sellers same problem with me today i got message from my account manager that there is some up gradation / technical problem with community court thats why this is happening so we have to wait nothing else.

eBay should give us options to save our comments below negative feedback received so buyer can see that whats the issue.

This is very unfortunate that Ebay is biased towards buyers and are ignoring the very people who bring them that is we sellers.I recieved a negative feedback and moved to community court.They decided to remove the feedback but it has not been removed till date.I got this message from them,

Hi visheshstore,

Item Number: 110489365785

Feedback Content: The item received was not same as shown in picture. The Community Court has decided that the feedback for this transaction should be removed with a majority of 51% of the votes. eBay TnS will be acting on this outcome shortly. Thank you for your participation.

Hello,

At first my negative feedback was not showing in community court till many days as it said that "You do not have any recent negative feedback that you can appeal."

After many days it showed up in community court and i was able to file an apeal.

The buyer has given wrong details and wrong phone number and is not bothering to reply to the case.

IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 12 DAYS NOW FOR THE BUYER TO RESPOND. BUT IT IS NOT FORWARDED TO JURY DECISION AS IT SHOULD BE FORWARDED IN 10 DAYS BY DEFAULT.

What should i do. This unjustified feedback as taking too much of time.

I bought an iphone recoker i900 from mobile accesories. Ever since first use the mobile has been discharging very fast. I reported to the dealer who asked for the mobile. I spent Rs 400 and sent the mobile to the dealer by courier. The mobile has been returned post reapirs but the problem continues. When contacted the dealer says that the problem is with sim card. The BSNL sim card has been checked by BSNL just today and confirmed that it is OK. The dealer has washed his hands off and refuses to do anything. I seek you help in this regard.
