New Error In Community Court - You do not have any recent negative feedback

Hello,

I have received a unjustified negative feedback where buyer has given wrong details and wrong phone number.

I am not able to appeal in community court as it says that "You do not have any recent negative feedback that you can appeal."

What should i do.
