I thoroughly agree. I am facing such a situation. I have recently bought an item that has not been delivered and the seller does not even respond to emails. I have also noticed that the seller has done this to other buyers as well. When they leave a negative feedback, the seller responds with a meaningless remark and a negative feedback. This discourages buyers from leaving negative feedback. I hesitate to leave a negative feedback for fear of losing my 100% rating
Ebay needs to evolve a mechanism to take such sellers to task and even bar them
