Often unjustified negative feedback is left by competitors just to ruin the reputation of the seller. Please indicate how this feedback can be removed / reviewed in an impartial manner.

Honestly, I do not think a competitor would do such thing. No one has any interest to spoil someone elses' business or reputation. Time is a scarcity with everyone. Who would have time to do such things?
You have done quite a large number of transactions and should not indulge into such thoughts. If you contact the buyer, they will tell you why they left -ve.

If the buyer fails to give a justifiable response, please appeal in the community court. That would help you get rid of the -ve FB if you present your case correctly..

yes, people are doing so, i am a fresh victim, 5 feedbacks from former seller, who has invalid number in the a/c and not responding to mails and ebay messages, this was confirmed by ebay t&s team itself and still they cant remove the feedbacks, so ironic, wonder what exactly is ebay policy about.

Unfortunately the buyers leaving the malicious negative feedback do not respond to messages, SMSes and phone calls asking them to justify their negative feedback.

one of our buyer ready to remove negative feedback from his control pannel but the option is not active , he allready left the negative feedback the goods which he order is return to us and we have given the approval for refund .he is not satisfied with the goods .

there has to be some other option to remove negative feedback the calculation is for percentage that effect the seller badly , if a buyer left negative feedback for silly reason then that time ebay has to take some action from there end . every seller try his best to maintain good positive feedback .
