Seller should take care to perform their duties honestly and carefully. If a buyer gets faulty/fake article, he will definitely give a negative feedback, then the seller gets up from sleep and make a hurry/urgency to request to remove the feedback and ebay people very well support them.

the item which u had purchase was under replacement warranty of 1 year
we have sell all company product
we always try to help but u were just u gave a negative feedback
negative feedback is not a solution of anything if u had any problem then u cud have contacted us and we wud had guide u for replacement
but for u negative feedback is the solution and community court is for removing unfair feedback
and the purchase u have done is a month old

kindly add this buyer in ur block list as he is a buyer who always create problem
he use china battery to use this product
do u guys think china battery works for blood pressure machine
