I need help regarding the community court. Till date I have filed 5 cases at community court and non of them has been closed in my favor. In the recent one after buyer adding a comment to remove the feedback still it got closed against me.
I am totaly lost to trust the community board as I feel that most of the jurry members are buyers or the jurry are voting blindly without reading the appeal.
In couple of dispute buyer even did not responded to the appeal and still they got closed against me. I am losing faith on ebay's mechnism as I feel that its big goof. Can any seller tell me that in last six months any dispute has been close in their favour.
Also please do not suggest me to speak to TNS as the team is made from bunch of idiots with sensless and god made robots
