I HAVE ORDERED TWO PRODUCTS AND THE PAYMENT PROCESS HAS BEEN CLEARED ON 24TH NOVEMBER'2012. BUT TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY OF THE PRODUCT AS MENTIONED BELOW. AND WHEREAS EBAY CLAIMS THAT IF WE DON'T RECEIVE THE PRODUCT WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS AFTER THE PAYMENT CLEARANCE, THEN THE ENTIRE PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY. THEREFORE I WANT AN EXPLANATION FOR THE DELAY IN THE PROCESS OF DELIVERY OF PRODUCT FROM THE SELLERS SIDE OR ELSE I WILL HAVE TO OPT FOR SOME OTHER OPTIONS FOR THE SAME.DETAILS OF PRODUCT ARE AS MENTIONED BELOW:
