Hi,
I purchased a Sandisk memory card from ebay and after 2 months it stop working and when I contact to Sandisk Support they told me that my SD card is not original. I am shocked. Its really a big issue that ebay selling duplicate product by taking price of original.
I feel like a robbed by ebay. I want my money back or My original product asap. Resolve this issue asap. I have attached my conversation with Sandisk support.
I have contacted to ebay custome care also . They told me ebay not selling product and ebay is not responsible for any duplicate related issue after 1 month. Is it feasible ? It should ot be happened ebay should responsible for at least brand. We are not assuming that we order a duplicate product from ebay. Kindly do the needful asap.
