While discussing a problem with remittance, one Mr. P. P. of ebay told me on the phone today, very casually:
"Oh, the fax number has not been working for many months."
Then why is the number there on the site, advising people to fax documents to that number? What about the inconvenience? When your listed number is viewed by thousands and used by hundreds, get the number working, or remove the misleading information!
