Money got deducted from my bank account but no confirmation from paisa

Hello I paid for a mobile phone through online bank transfer via Paisa Pay, The item no. is 280809791314. and i also used a 5% discount coupon, The item was costing Rs. 16350.00 and i paid 15532.50 after getting 5% discount. the amount got deducted from my bank account but no confirmation from paisapay. No paisa pay ID was provided. My bank statement clearly showing the money was transferred to EBAY. I have all the proofs for payment.

i order e52 pouch on ebay.during the transaction,amount is debited from my account but finally i got this error.

"your pay paisa online transfer cannot complete "

hi, guys..i paid Rs 51111.00 for an item on 19th jan 2012. payment rejected by paisapay. but amount was deducted from my account. my 1st chat session with Mr Chetan, a gentleman assured 3-4 days for a refund.my 2nd session with Mr Rohit assured refund in 15-20 days. my 3rd session with one knucklehead (Rahul) blindly told me no transaction ever took place by ebay.in whereas my bank account clearly showed deduction by ebay.in. Mr knucklehead Rahul suggested i send Estatement account details to paisapaydocs@ebay.com. its almost a month since ebay.in Customer Support team has been sending me on a wild goose chase. need i spent anymore of my time..is ebay.in running a fraud racket?????

ebay india customer support is very very poor. They don't understand your issues. Some time, there is no reply at all..

why such basic errors and mess in ebay programming when using 3d secure server of banks for payment. apparently, this is not by fluke but a repeated error. also, there was no link failure or refresh / cancel operation. somethings wrong with the way ebay logs the payment!


mailed to customer care but all u get is a auto generated sms.
