Money Deducted from account

Hello.

I hope someone is able to offer me some help here.
Today i tried to buy an Braun Epilator from ebay.

I chose netbanking as payment method. The amount of the product was Rs.5799/- which has been deducted from my account but ebay doesnt show any paisapay transaction nor there has been an order placed for the same.

I wonder where is my money which has been deducted if my order hasnt reached ebay and how do i either get the product that i paid for or how do i get a refund back.

i think you have paid via icici bank.
so dont worry your money will be refunded automatically

thanks... I got the refund... i wonder how did you know it was from ICICI... does icici usually have a problem on ebay portal...?

should i use them in future to buy products on ebay..?

Such things usually happen with all banks sometimes, not specific to any one bank, pay again and it will be OK.

This Problem Occurs Normally,Because Of Browsers. You can use The Latest Version of IE.Which Can be Use full to Do Transaction(Online Payment)

If the Payment is Not Updated in Your Ebay Transaction.The Bank Will Refund Your Amount With in 7Days

hello...
same problem occurred here too. i bought 500gb seaget external hard disk of Rs 3019.while doing payment, net suddenly got off. i paid through SBI debit card. the amount has been deducted from my account. but i didn't received any conformation mail from eBay regarding my payment.....

And i hope i will get my money back.......

actually even our ebay fee was charged twice from our icici bank account.
all india there was problem going on with icici bank.!
but now rectified.
