Money Debited without PURCHASE..!!!

When I tried to purchase a SGalaxy S3 this morning using my debit card I got an error message that the payment is not done and use other method. I tried once again and got the same msg. But when i checked my Bank statement I has been debited and gone to ebay account (IIN/EBAY INDIA /20120629122315/0****) at the same time. Also I did not get the payment confirmation from ebay as well. What happend there? How my money got debited unless the payment process completed? Plz answer asap. Thanks

The customer care is BS..!!!! I know that will be refunded, that is not my concern. ebay has no responsibility to respond to my issues. how many times I contacted them, I sent many mails... no reply..! So this is ridiculous.. no value for the customers.. there are lot of reputed sites for online purchase in india...! So no worries...! Thanks for all of your support and reaction.

on ebay you at least have buyer guarantee which no other site will provide . they say so, but when come practical that doesn't work for you for sure.

you can try other sites and are good as long as you do not have problem with your order. if you got something wrong or are unsatisfied, then the real pain starts.

I have the same problem. FOllowing up with ebay since 2 weeks now i.e. 29th June when everybody started facing this issue. Money has not been credited back to my account yet. Still waiting for some response. Have shared my bank statement as well. But customer care exec says they didn't got any payment. Are you cheating customers?

I also posted about this in a new topic and it was deleted, also i got a mail from ebay moderation team that i am not using ebay correctly just because i posted my concern twice on your forum?

Really very bad service, not expected from well known site like ebay. 😞

Worst place to do any shopping.Had purchased the product from ebay on 13th July 2012 and made the transaction through net banking there was no acknowledgement from ebay though transaction from bank was successful when called up to enquire about it Mr Asif Shaikh told me some nice excuses
1)i might have refreshed the page while transaction
2)There server upgrade was going on
3)Transaction might be missed from their end.
No Seniors person was available to take a all of them are busy.

and the most funniest excuse how good ebay is from the Mr Asif Shaikh was he is good buyer and good seller of ebay.

will definitely suggest others to use Flipkart and Jabong as they seem to be more trusted and reliable as compare to EBAY.
