Sir, Today i paid for Ebay Item number: 150740756534 (with gift coupon) using net banking. The amount got deducted from my bank and not showing in My Purchases. Please help me recover my money.

Hello I paid for a mobile phone through online bank transfer via Paisa Pay, The item no. is 280809791314. and i also used a 5% discount coupon, The item was costing Rs. 16350.00 and i paid 15532.50 after getting 5% discount. the amount got deducted from my bank account but no confirmation from paisapay. No paisa pay ID was provided. My bank statement clearly showing the money was transferred to EBAY. I have all the proofs for payment.

Dear Jaspal, I didn't receive any reply from ebay till now. I hope ebay will solve our problem soon. You should provide date of transaction and transaction id.

Even i m facing the same issue payment got deducted with no paisapay id or any info.Now whom to contact for the refund.

Got the money back in my account on 2.2.2012. Ebay support informed me this message through phone.

I SENT SEVERAL EMAILS TO CUSTOMER CARE ,

i have Paid my selling fees Rs.5785 through ICICI Online banking on 30th Januray 2012 but i didnt get confirmation from ebay however the money is deducted from my account , Please credit it from your end and the ref no is :- 000287593436 amount is :- Rs.5785/-

Dear eBay sellers,

I sold items in promotional offer from July'2009 to October2009 without any seller's margin at that time(including the subsidy amount also, which is with ebay till now )
but till now not received a single penny despite of contacting ebay account manager / Category manager hundreds of time by phone/emails.

This is the attitude of eBay account manager / category manager after using the sellers money.

so,I never participated in eBay promotions thereafter.

I have Just wasted my time & money by participating in eBay promotions from July'2009 to October2009.
