Mega Diwali: eBay very bad in its committments

Hi, never I had hoped eBay will be out from shopping online favourites. Mega Diwali redemption is messed to such a level that since 27th Oct am struggling to get through any help from ebay and almost on daily basis I follwo up over phone and chat, but with no help...either system is down or chat s go to australia.

Slwoly am getting a sense that ebay india ( or anywehere from world) are not promise keepers. I brought a laptop worth Rs 42000, but all looks that delight goes to drain with no redemption of gift, or else I woud have opted this purchase from other sources.

Regret your downfall, ebay.

I have purchased a product around 37k at the time of diwali gift offer.used the code DIWALIBY01

Now I am trying to redeem the gift from last 3 days.
Its getting failed each time.

Each time I call ebay customer care they asked me to try after 4-5 hours.

I tried for 10 times (Each day twice) and now really hopeless.

same here...i also invested arnd 31k ....but don't know how to redeem the gift(diwali) i think i should have used my 10% & 5% gift coupon ...at least this would have saved 2000 bucks...i am confused what to do now?

the solution to redeem coupon was on first page, u just needd to open ebay.in

okay, i know how it feel

but m having slightly diffrent issue.

i have redeemed coupon for micromax q1

but don't know how long will it take them to ship my gift

diwali has gone by, maybe i will receive it as new year gift..

ebay is just fooling customers. I havent received Monsoon Gift. Dont you think you are expecting too much from ebay 😄
