Why Do You Charge Penalty For Shipments Stopped By PaisaPay?

Hello,

I have been charged penalty of Rs 250/- each for PaisaPay IDs 29488845632 & 29552346870 where eBay had asked me to stop the shipment as the buyer was fraud.

Another penalty is for PaisaPay ID 29419139423 where the buyer was refunded without contacting me. Seller first has to bear loss for transaction and then has to face loss for penalty charged by PaisaPay.

FVF is also not credited back for such transactions.

I have already sent email to ebay but have not received any reply till now.

Thank you
Amjad

Hello,

Looks like no one is bothered.

It is about a month that I have sent email to ebay.

I have not yet received any reply to my email from ebay regarding the penalty charged for transactions that were cancelled by ebay and paisapay.

Why have you written in your policy that ebay will reverse the penalty and provide FVF credit if the refund is out of sellers control.

How many times do I have to check my account whether I have received the credit or not and keep wasting my time and energy.

No one has bothered to reply to my post since 25 days.

When ebay cannot reverse penalty given for transactions cancelled by Paisapay themselves then should the sellers think they will get reversals for any other reasons????

Thank you
Amjad

Dear rajelectroniks,

What is the need of sending emails again and again.

First of all - When ebay / paisapay themselves asked to stop the shipment and refund the money then they should check the internal records first before charging any penalty to the seller.

Secondly - When the seller sends an email to reverse the penalty for such transactions then it should be done asap. But here they did not even reply to the emails.

Thirdly - There is no reply from ebay even after writing here on the community.

So what does it mean?

Thank you

Hello,

In ebay policy it is mentioned that seller can appeal to receive credits against penalties charged for PaisaPay refund transactions which may due to uncontrollable situations.

But when we appeal, we do not get a reply from ebay. No reply even after so many days on this community forum.

If eBay cannot give credits for their own mistake, then will they give credits in other uncontrollable situations .

Thank you

Hello Seema,

I am following up with this from August.

I got a reply from CS for my emails after more than 2 months. Sorry to say but it was just a stupid reply.

The PaisaPay ID is mentioned in the title itself, still CS has replied asking for the item number. I am asking about a penalty charged for a PaisaPay transaction, then why do they need the item number. This is just a way of harassment so that the seller forgets about it and gives up.

If they ever want the item number then can't they check the internal records.

In another email they are asking for proof that PaisaPay had asked to cancel the transaction. Again my question is can't they check the internal records.

This is just frustrating.

Thank you
