Many Cheated cases keeps repeated on the Community Board!

I have been seeing this message since a long time:

I think ebay needs to clarify on this issues. If the case is solve it should atleast pass the message on Discussion Board. This type of messages have been giving wrong signals to other members on the board.

Hi,

I had posted too many replies on this thread and had also put up the matter in the workshop on Trust & Safety. However, I am not happy about the answer received in the workshop. For me the answer received is more to dissolve the responsibility that eBay should be taking for operating in India. Hope they will be more active to prevent such repetitive frauds in near future. .
