My id itmobileshop is still blocked even after sending you all the payment details.
The id was bloked saying that we had not paid the payment due where as the payment was due only on august 15th still we have paid that and sent an e-mail to your customer support there is no reply for the activation of account.
I would request you to activate the account immediately as we are loosing business as we are unable to host any new product.
