I HAVE PURCHASED AN ITEM FROM EBAY ON 26 JUNE 2012 WORTH RS 25700 UNDER MONSOON PROMOTION SCHEME WITH CODE MONSBAY01 AND GOT CONFIRMATION FOR THE SAME PaisaPay ID 31543889607.
BUT NOW WHEN I TRY TO REDEEM MY GIFT IT SAYS YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.
PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND GUIDE ME HOW TO REDEEM MY GIFT

I successfully redeemed the product in the SUMMER promotion. But i haven't received the gift so far. Its 40 days now since i redeemed the product and 2months since i bought the product along with which i should be getting the FREE gift.

I Purchased an item worth Rs18000 & selected the gift under Monsoon offer on 7th July 12, however i have not yet received the gift i selected. Its been 2 weeks now and there is no communication on the same.

Please advise urgently...

I posted above a few days back regarding my problem and just got a call from ebay customer care verifying my problem n offering me the appropriate gift choices so hopefully everything is sorted out!
