Low quality product and Irresponsible behaviour with bad attitude

Hi Team,

 

I purchased a charger from this seller through ebay.in on 03/07/13. Due to the defect and the low quality of the item, I returned and requested for refund. I have been calling the seller since then at least thrice a week, they do not even care to give proper reply but ask every time what is the issue. My phone bill has costed me more than the refund amount by just calling them and explaining it again and again.

 

This is a matter of great concern and should not happen to any other customer who buys any product from this seller. So I request Ebay team to kindly look into this matter and allow only genuine and responsile sellers who respect the customer, treat us with patience.

It's been so many months I'm behind them, I can see only 90days period, I bought it before 90 days. I dont see any other option.

He cant file a claim as he had ordered on 03/07/2013.
