Hope, this mail will be read by somebody in e-bay.... Really frustrating experience.. I look after the Internet Banking portfolio of a bank in State Bank group. We promote e-commerce. But the recent experiences with e-bay are bitter. Low quality / fake products supplied by vendors really affect the credibility of e-bay. This is my third experience of refund... Returning the items twice through courier, bearing courier charges of Rs.90/- or Rs.100/- each time. Please say, should I promote e-bay...? I have to think twice....
