Why not Ebay arrange for the return shipping in case product not working?

It is time to think.
Why does Ebay India not arrange for or not pay for the return shipping of the non-working products.

There are so many online shopping sites today, who send a courier on their own expense to take back the non-working product. I am sure with this, Ebay India sells will grow.

Kindly think on this new idea.

hahahaha ebay is the most hepti and hilarious site(shopping) till date they failed to deliver product at time and takes months of disscustion for return of money iam fed up and shifting to flipkart which more reliable then this they even show the content of costemer who have already using the product hats off to flipkart
