Hi, Twice I never recd. the Item nor the refunds inspite of
writing/talking to Customer care.Ebay Guarantee seems to be a joke!Today
again for the 3rd. time I haven't recd. the Item & have raised my
concern but I don't know if I'd get the refund ? No...
