Dear Madam/Sir,
I was cheated in eBay.I paid Rs. 31,870.00 through PaisaPay ID: 32476172808 on 16/11/12 to eBay India for a Dell INSPIRON N4050 laptop. But I received from Seller an useless Delllaptop (Service tag: JB2RNR1)and facing problem with hardware of speakers and touch pad but no one from ebay helping me in this case or replace of the product.Now, I have been worried and suffering for no faults of mine as I paid the money from my relative's account, so, I am seriously in trouble now.
Till date, there has been no positive action in my favor beyond the 20 days time frame of eBay.
Now, I would be presumed that eBay does not consider me as a valued customer and i would be refrain from buying and eventually withdraw from eBay as honest buyers. In my next step, there would be also no other way other than going to Consumer Court and write everything to Consumercourtindia and other similar websites for public awareness regarding cheating in eBay, India.

This is to inform you that i contact the servepro warranty pepole but still they have not get the details of my laptop from the seller to proceed accordingly.
So i am fed up with the service which you provided to me and finally i ask you to replace the laptop intime with out delay.

I confirmed with servepro warranty pepole but they d'nt get the details of my laptop from the seller till dated.
So please take necessary action in this case and get the problem rectified as soon as possible,i am very much worried about my new laptop.
