I AM DR AKSHAY JADHAV...I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF EBAY AND HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANY PROBLEMS BEFORE.BUT TODAY A FEW MINUTES BACK WHEN I TRIED TO BUY AN ITEM " MICROMAX A 100 " MOBILE PHONE FROM " ttconlineshopping " A SELLER FROM MADURAI, TAMIL NADU, INDIA, I USED MY ONLINE BANK TRANSFER OPTION AND TRANSACTED WITH EBAY.BUT AFTER I LOGGED ON AND TRANSFERRED THE MONEY ( RS 10,530.00 ) TO EBAY, MUMBAI, INDIA, TVC AND AFTER IT SHOWED THAT THE PAYMENT WAS SUCCESSFUL, I PRESSED OK AND WHEN IT AUTOMATICALLY RETURNED TO EBAY PAGE IT SHOWED THE MESSAGE
" Your PaisaPay online bank transfer cannot be completed. Please select a different payment type."
AND NOW I GET A MESSAGE FROM BANK THAT MONEY WAS CUT FROM THE ACCOUNT AND PAID TO YOU (EBAY). BUT MY TRANSACTION WAS NOT COMPLETE. PLEASE HELP ME OUT. WHEN CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK???
AND BECAUSE OF THIS TECHNICAL PROBLEM I MAY EVEN LOSE THE OFFER WHICH I REDEEMED FROM MY EMAIL SENT BY YOU.
PLEASE HELP ME OUT OF THIS...AND YOUR CUSTOMER CARE PHONE NUMBERS ARE ALSO NOT RESPONDING AS THE TIME HAS CROSSED 7 30 PM. This is become a common occurrence with ebay payment gateway, it is down on a regular basis and we are lucky if it works.
We sellers are also tired of this issue and of the careless attitude of ebay towards this.
I see that you have used some coupon/voucher in this transaction which you will lose but your payment will be refunded back to your bank/CC in 5-7 working days(hopefully).
If there is no refund in due time then contact ebay CC.
