I have ordered item(251294896110) on 08-07-2013 with paisapay ID 34011899995. Again the same has confirmed by the seller stating it through email as"Your item is shipped via aramex courier. Tracking code: 4792749183". Paisapay has informed on 11-07-2013 that the shipping details have been changed. Since then no revised shipping details are informed. The last date for its shipping (13-07-2013) has also passed but no refund claim is generated by paisapay. The item is tobe delivered at Bangalore itself where the seller shop exist.
Further paisapay states that:
"Shipping
| Your order was to be delivered to you by 24-Jul-13. We are verifying with the seller and our shipping partner and will inform you soon on the status of your order." |
I have contaced the seller somany times and seller informed me taht Item has already delivered to Aramax courier and docket no is 4792749183 but courier service personels are not responding and said :
"Normally the shipping should happen within 24 - 48 hours if they process and pickup immediately, which is handled wonderfully by bluedart. But this courier pickup assignment is in ebay's hands, they assigned Aramex for your product."
Kindly take immediate action in the matter so that the item is delivered before 21-07-2013 as this date is the birthday of my daughter's son.
