I havent received the Nokia6610 handset i ordered online through Ebay. I paid using PaisaPay, its been close to a month now. My seller dosent attend my calls, nor does he reply me. Seller's id is mamtaj.

you can open a item not received dispute. if the seller does not respond within next 7 days you would be eligible for a refund of upto Rs 10,000 from ebay this feature is know as buyer protection. dont forget to mention the payment details in item not received dispute. I hope this helps.

Thanks Rishab...but its already been more than a weekm that the seller hasnt responded to Ebay or me. Im concerned as my money is on stake.

The Fraud seller 'MAMTAJ' has been delisted. Its been 17 days, since I escalated the claim to Ebay for "item not received", I had paid online through HDFC debit-card. What proof do i need to give that i have paid ?

Hi,
Its unfortunte that nobody from ebay has attended your problem till now. If I was at ebay getting paid to resolve customer problem then I would have felt ashamed at such negligence to the plea of a severely cheated member.
You should better inform your bank about the cheating. May be they will be able to help you as all such payments normally have some sort of in built insurance on part of the Bank.
