Item not received as well as the refund

I had ordered an item on 9th April.I still don't received the item.The item no is 280854232328.When i asked for refund it was rejected saying the delivery was made.But I didn't get the item.When I contacted the courier people they said it was returned to the seller itself.Then why don't he refund the money.It really not fair.I can provide the details on delivery not made.

Same is my case i have ordered item no. 260997803176 on 17th of april the seller didint sent the item so i put request on 27th April
till 05-05 the refund was put on hold by ebay customer care.
after they rejected my claim saying the item was delivered..

i asked for proof of delivery customer care replied to me i need to contact seller
the seller is not providing any details from beginiing
than after also i contact him but still no responce from him

I have same issue with a seller called eternal_diamonds. No item, no refund. I am very dissatisfied. I feel scammed and will not use bay india again for fear of same!

i dont why ebay is not doing anything for such issues..... ebay is looking only for its own income, as ebay is earning from the sellers so it is partially favoring them only...

same thing happend to me with most of the sellers and they don't even refund ..very unhappy with the sellers

Had seller shared the tracking number with you?

You can make use of that tracking number.

Courier company must update on the tracking number "Whether the product has delivered or Returned back"

Please do not worry about this. Online tracking can help you in many ways.

In case seller provided tracking number which is not trackable online, ask Delivery confirmtion from seller.
