i dont why ebay is not doing anything for such issues..... ebay is
looking only for its own income, as ebay is earning from the sellers so
it is partially favoring them only...
Same is my case i have ordered item no. 260997803176 on 17th of april
the seller didint sent the item so i put request on 27th April till
05-05 the refund was put on hold by ebay customer care. after they
rejected my claim saying the item was deliver...
