Item not as Described Case Closed with out my consent

I have raised an Item not as described case against the seller. The case has been closed with out contacting me. I even submitted all the proofs by mail but none of the people from ebay contacted me about that.

there is no response even now about that.. Worst experience with ebay first time and a costly one...

seller can not close the case. only ebay can close.
you should contact the ebay CS team through phone .
please do it even now and i am sure you will get a positive response from them.
