I purchased Jabra BT 3030 stero bluetooth headset from the seller
billloo2000 for Rs 2450/-
Even before shipping item I requested him to send the genuine item as per listing,he promised to do the same.
But he sent chinees made duplicate item, it worked for only 10 days.
I lost my hard earned money Rs 2450/-
1) If I complain to customer care/seller, as usually they will say "RETURN THE ITEM". If I return the item, I will be one of the million buyers who lost money as well as item.
2) If I leave Negative feedback eBay will remove that.
3) So I had the only option of leaving Neutral feedback, atleast that will remain as a memory to my loss of Rs 2450/-
4) The seller "billloo2000" maintaining 100% posive rating with the help of eBay.
