I purchased a Nokia 5530 from Ebay and paid Rs 10,000 trusting that with PAISA PAY my money is Safe i never received the item and a refund was logged on 07th September 2010 and was approved and since than i am waiting and waiting and No money is yet transfered to my account.
On contacting Paisa pay helpline one always has to wait 15-20 minutes for to get your call attended. and when they attend call, the response is not satisfactory to the complaint. I am wondering how such fraud scams of cheating people is going in such a big way.
No one knows the address of ebay where it is located, no one knows the exact phone number its only a TOLL FREE HELP LINE which can be anywhere within INDIA
is there any legal help to sue these peoples ?

On each and every conversation of the mail, at the bottom in the footer you get the entire registered address of ebay india pvt ltd.

ITs like a footer signature, with every mail conversation it comes. 🙂

Refunds take time.

Hi,

Refund process does take time. Seller had sent me a fake ipod. I shipped it ack to him and raised the concern that i never got the ipod, though i told the truth to customer care. they ased me to get reciept from blue dart that it has been recieved by seller. i got that and then after approval it took 3 business days to get money transferred.

hey bhatia.jazz fake ipod? what do u mean by fake ipod? who is selling fake ipod on ebay , i know iPod-clones are made in China but i dont know how to judge if ipod is fake or not, please name the seller with full detail of transaction for the benefit of others buyers

Hi,
Seller id was e-more_ashok. He was new seller but he guaranteed me that product is genuine. It looked same as original ipod, but when i compared sound to my friends ipod, sound was different ( Very small difference, you will notice only if you are more of an audiophile). So took it to Istore. They said its fake. By the time the seller had got negative feedback and that confirmed my suspicion. Anything I buy online, first thing I do is to take it to service center to get it checked, if its genuine. Then only accept the receipt of product. We all should follow these safe practices.
