I have made a payment for 4 items on 29th september to ELECTRO-INC(private)and never receiver the item till today. Even after giving repeated complaints 7 times about it, the seller does not react to it. Is there any way by which i can get my money back with the shpping charge i gave the seller.

may be you are new and you dont know the process of dispute console where you can file a "item not received dispute" and ebay.in as per their policy should give you your money as per their buyer protection programme.
