We are a Power Seller in Ebay and selling our Jewellery Products globally. We face a lot of difficulty when we have to accept payment through PaisaPay. Almost all International buyers are used to PayPal method of Payment verification. Whereas in PaisaPay, buyer has to send Xerox Copy of Credit Card by fax if the amount is more than Rs 7500/-, whereas no such system is there, so far as we know because, we are accepting payment through PayPal regularly and instantly. Though we want to accept payment through PaisaPay for faster completion, but to avoid very cumbersome verification process, we have to accept through PayPal.
I would request you to make the verification process of PaisaPay exactly the same as prevailing in PayPal.

as per RBI rules(i have consulted RBI officials) if a product is exported, the price should be received in foreign exchange from the country of destination. it cannot be received in indian rupees.(there may be some basic exemption limt about which i am not sure)
paisapay issues cheques in Rs. for payments received from foreign buyers for products exported. is that legal?
the same problem seems to be there with paypal.
kindly clarify.
regards

You are also requested to automatically include items listed by sellers in India for international listings in your India Exports Bazar section. There is no clear information available how to list items in India exports Bazar section.
I believe eBay can become a very good plateform for small exporters in India to introduce their products globally .
Also look into possibilties of providing ebay services to many other countries of Africa and Middle East not yet supported by your system.
Thanks
