I have been getting unfaithful reply from customer support team since November 2012 when I ask them about the status of my Independence day promotional gift.. Till December last week they say that I Am getting it by the end of December. Today (01/01/13) I contacted them again and they says that my gift was send to me in November and is untraceable now.. I feel that I need to take legal action to claim my gift, what do you people say....?
