I also claimed a gift (8gb pendrive) four months ago. I didn't get the item till now..

I'm supposed to get a Wi-Fi router as gift for my laptop purchase. But, it may take upto two months for e-bay to deliver the gift!!!! ( Yes, I have experienced this during the previous promotions 🙂 ). I suggest you guys to wait a couple of days more and afterwards, contact the customer support on telephone.

I have selected Canon A1200 as my free gift but they have delivered Canon A800 which is lower model. Where should I complaint.

Same here folks, no idea when they will ship the 16GB microSD. Ebay management should introduce transparency in the gift claim process. Otherwise the likes of flipkart & homeshop18 will soon take over them.
