yes, i mean it, my business is nil, ebay has put my remittance on hold, just because my account's performance is below standard, they are telling me to get the negative feedbacks removed, whereas on the other hand, they themselves are robbing me, with some 53 transaction's closure amount missing from the remittance which is worth some 21000 rs, some 5000 rs are due in the current remittance which is on hold, powership has charged double amounts in some transactions for which they are only avoiding my calls, feedbacks received due to delivery delay or damage during transit is not being removed by powership team, fake buyers, who does'nt respond to emails, ebay messages and have given wrong mobile numbers, post negative feedbacks, when i ask trust and safety team to remove it, all they are saying since last 4 month is, wait we are investigating, a month back i were powerseller, but now i have only 95% feedback, ebay cs team is killing me from every side possible dont know what for. i keep on writing emails, they dont reply.
would appreciate if someone from the ebay team replies to this post, or i will only be left with legal actions.
also community members, you are my hope, just go though what i said, and post what you feel, i can infact give the paisapay ids and buyer ids aswell to prove my point, 25000 rs is not so small amount, i am a college student, took loan from others to sell on ebay, and currently i am in debt.
