I have ordered a phone.. It has been 2 weeks after payment and still it is not shipped..
I am sandwiched between seller and ebay.. Both of them are blaming each other and are extending timelines for communicating with each other... Now with my recent contact with ebay over phone i was told they need a week more.. then they will tell me if they are going to refund my money or deliver me my prooduct...
It's being really frustrating ... Is there any higher authority whom i can contact to make this process any faster.. ?
