ITEM NOT RECEIVED , NO SUPPORT FROM SELLER

i made a payement on 28th june thru my credit card for a simple headphone from the seller "cdnet_in1".

an item takes 12-15 days after making payment, but i have not received it yet. i opened a dispute also and in response from seller they said the item was shipped on 6th july.but its very annoying and bad experience for me that even after shipping i have not received it.  



can ebay do something in this or i must stop buying thru ebay and urge other people not to use ebay for shopping.

Dear Kaushik
As a seller, I have also receive same aligation from my buyer. Actually this may happen due to missing of parcel in transit by courier or Incomplete address available from ebay buyer details. In that case seller should allow some time(may be one month) to return parcel or settle the issue with courier.
Or you can take despatch details from seller along with courier contact no and you can personally enquire the parcel from the courier at your location.
