my relation was vary better with ebay, from last many years, but now your shipping service is very delay from last few months. in 2 deals my money too be lost from ebay. so I never think again to purchase anything from Ebay....

eBay Does not Have its Own Shipping service, its a marketplace where sellers sell their products and do the shipping, Now not all the Sellers can do fast shipment, Some of the Power-Sellers or Top Sellers Make Fast Shipment, if anyone has any issues with shipment or fraud thing i would advice going with the top seller.

In a marketplace you find all kind of sellers even in our Local market.

But i would say if you are not satisfied you can leave the site anytime ! but leave the site with good notes if possible.
