Process the REFUND

Purchased an item(PaisaPay ID 29010916251) on 06.06.2011, which was supposed to be ship by 13.06.2011 but didnt bceause that particular item was removed by ebay. On 14.06.2011 refund initiated and as told by customer care executive that refund will be approve within 5 days but nothing has happened so far. Kindly resolve the matter as early as possible.
