If you have paid by your kredit kard, call the number on the back of your card and tell them item not received or Item received but SNAD.
Whatever the case may be?
If you have paid by your bank a/c you are not protected.
The seller is NARU.
You can file a complaint in your local police station and they will take care of it.
They will send a subpoena to Ebay and ebay has to provide contact information of the seller. It will be a mess, but
they will take care of it.
