I have ordered Nova Hair Clipper(NS3778HC) of Rupees 768.00 Under paisa pay id 26067941222. But i received Orbit Hair clipper which has value of Rupees 275.00 only at your site.Instead of Nova hair clipper Orbit Hair clipper has very poor quality.I have already paid 768.00 Rupees. i have first & bad experience with ebuy shopping. i have called your seller against this complaind he replyed that both product are same but between both difference exist.

I want to exchange or refund my payment.please resolve this issue immidiately.

Have you confirmed item receipt? If not contact ebay customer care and ask them how to open a case for "ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED"

ebay is very poor and chiter site. pls. dont shop through this site. ye chit kerte hain or seller ka faver kerte hain. local and poor quality product deliver kerte hain.

There are lot of cheaters in ebay. Ebay need to act fast and blacklist such sellers. I shop very less from ebay now. Its loosing its credibility.
